This clarification text on the processing of personal data has been prepared within the scope of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation", which determines the procedures and principles to be followed during the disclosure obligation to be carried out within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Our company has the title of "Data Controller" as defined in Law No. 6698.

We take care to process and store all personal data of all persons associated with our company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVK Law"). Your personal data is processed within the following scope.

For what purpose will personal data be processed?

Your personal data is obtained and stored for commercial activities, human resources practices and security measures. For security purposes, visitors are recorded at the building entrances and open and closed areas are monitored with security cameras.

Your personal data may be transferred to our domestic and international partnerships, suppliers, customers, public or private institutions or organizations or other third parties within the scope of our Company's activities, in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

In order to carry out our company's activities, your personal data is collected and stored verbally, in writing and electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

By applying to our company in writing, in accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698;

Whether your personal data is processed or not,
If processed, information about it, the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,
Who is/are the third parties within the country or abroad to whom the data in question is transferred,
Correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law and notification of the transactions carried out by our Company in this context to third parties to whom the information has been transferred,
If a result arises against you due to your personal data being analyzed exclusively by automated systems, you can object to this and request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
